Pricing and payment terms
Mejías Landscaping offers services based on either hourly work or project-based agreements. Pricing may vary depending on the scope, time required, and the size of the area where the service will be performed.
​1. Service Pricing
Service fees are determined based on the time dedicated to the work and the project area. ​For services performed within the San Francisco area, hourly rates typically range between $70 and $120 per hour, depending on the complexity and nature of the work. ​All pricing will be discussed and agreed upon before the start of the project.​​
2. Estimates and Site Visits​
To provide accurate estimates, Mejías Landscaping may conduct an on-site visit to evaluate the project.​Site visits for estimates are free of charge.Estimate visits are available between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM.​Estimates provided are based on the conditions observed during the visit and may be subject to adjustments if project requirements change.
3. Payment for large projects
​For projects with a total value greater than $12,000, a 50% deposit of the total project cost is required before work begins.​The remaining balance will be paid according to the payment schedule agreed upon between the client and Mejías Landscaping.​
4. Payment for small projects
​For projects with a total value below $5,000, full payment is due upon completion of the project, unless otherwise agreed in writing.​
5. Minimum service Fee
All services provided by Mejías Landscaping are subject to a minimum service fee of $200, regardless of the size or duration of the work.
